When purchasing online from High Tech Soft Touch Pty Ltd, card details are transmitted through an application programming interface. Card details are hosted by eWay’s secure online payment gateway after processing.
Our online programs are delivered through the Citrix GOTO WEBINAR platform. You will receive an email link to each session for which you have registered. You will be reminded of upcoming sessions by email.
A link to the recording of each live session will also be provided within 24 hours of the completion of the live session or at another time as advised beforehand. Generally, recording links are available for 12 weeks following the completion of the live session, how this may vary. Always refer to the information provided when you book an online program.
Training materials, programs and other associated products are sold online on a no refund basis.
If there is any defect in the products provided, the product(s) will be replaced or payment will be refunded following return of products.
